Cancellations/No Shows

I value your appointment time and realize that schedules change and things come up. In the event that you would like change your current scheduled time I ask that you give a 24 hour notice. All appointments will receive an email or text reminder and confirmation. These will go out on an automated message 48 hours before your appointment. All cancellations without 24 hour notice and no show appointments will require a $30 per service rebooking fee. This fee is non-refundable. 

Weather

Central Oregon and snowy days aren't always a perfect match! Due to poor weather conditions I may need to reschedule your appointment. I will reach out to you as soon as possible to get you rescheduled. 

Hair Extensions

All Hair Extension clients require a $25 consultation. Once the method of extension has been decided and prices discussed a deposit will be due to continue the ordering process. 50% of the total service will be due before extensions will be ordered. The remaining balance is due at time of service. All clients will be given a written consent form stating all items to be ordered and pricing. (via text and/or paper copy) All deposits  are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your extensions have been ordered and you decide to delay the install process I will happily hold on to the hair until you are ready to move forward. No extension hair will be sold without installation. Please note that Extension Hair is NON-REFUNDABLE.
